History of Parigi Investments, Inc.

And Parigi Property Management, Ltd.  

      Parigi Investments, Inc. started in 1982 by Sam C. Parigi, Jr. and operated as a commercial and residential real estate developer and property management company. Parigi Investments, Inc. started out with one secretary and one outside maintenance employee, growing to four full-time office employees and five full-time maintenance employees by the early 90s.  In 1994, Parigi Investments, Inc. bought out Beaumont Property Management, Inc. and nearly doubled the number of properties it managed. In 1997, Parigi Investments, Inc. became the General Partner to the current Parigi Property Management, Ltd. along with numerous other limited partnerships. All of the assets ofParigi Investments, Inc. were transferred to Parigi Property Management, Ltd. along with all of the liabilities associated at the time of the transfer.

     Today Parigi Property Management, Ltd. employs over twenty-two full-time employees and approximately six part-time employees. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. manages twenty-six different apartment/townhome complexes, over twenty-five residential houses, many office buildings, shopping centers and warehouses in and around the Golden Triangle area. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has grown from solely doing business as a property management and commercial brokerage company to expanding its capabilities to include residential and commercial development. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has an annual payroll of approximately $500,000, not including officer salaries. Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has a complete benefit package for its employees and prides itself with a very low employee turnover rate. Sam C. Parigi, Jr. and his wife, Lisa M. Parigi, own 100% of Parigi Property Management, Ltd. and Parigi Investments, Inc. Both Lisa and Sam were born and raised in Beaumont, and have no plans to move.
